There are no complicated workouts. Just what you need to prepare your body to successfully cross the finish line!
What if in-person half marathons are canceled this year?
You don’t need to run an in-person race to earn your coveted half marathon finisher’s title! Virtual races count too, and can be just as fun (if not more fun!) than in-person races. You can run from the comfort of your tried-and-true long run route, and still get a hard-earned medal!
Do I need to be ‘athletic’, or a former track star, to run a half marathon?
Heck no! Anyone can run a half marathon, if they commit to it and train consistently using the right schedule for their current fitness level.
